Reveal is an 80 question survey developed by Willow Creek Community Church in 2004 to help churches know where they are in their spiritual growth and then develop church wide programs to specifically encourage spiritual growth and Christ-centered lives.

One section very imporatant to us at this time as we search for a new pastor will be the one on indicating what you need in a senior pastor. Related to that is a section on saying how the present staff is fulfilling those needs. Since the survey results will reveal where we are spiritually and help us find ways to develop spiritually, this will be helpful for any prospective pastor to better know our church.

Click here for a link to a video by Greg Hawkins, Executive Pastor of Willow Creek Church in Chicago.  Greg tells the story of how Reveal came to be and how it is helping churches to grow spiritually.

Reveal is an online survey given over a 2 week period, Friendly's will be March 17-April 1.  After the results are back, around the first week in April, they will be made known to the church and a leadership team will begin to work with the rest of the church in developing a plan for the future spiritual growth of Friendly.  More on that later.

Come back here often for more news about Reveal.
