Kingdom Impact

Kingdom Impact

Dear Church Family,

It is exciting to see all that God is doing in and through our church, and we all know there is still more He wants to do. Just as Paul writes in Eph 3:20, “Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us," God is at work in us, to do through us, more than we could ever imagine. That is exciting, and that is why I believe God will use Kingdom Impact to do great things.

Below is a brochure explaining Kingdom Impact. As you read about the plans to retire debt, restore facilities, and reinvigorate ministries, pray about how God wants you to be a part. You also have a commitment card. Hold on to that until November 4th; I’ll explain later.

To help prepare us to do our part, we will have a Financial Freedom emphasis in October for our personal finances. There will be Sunday School lessons on financial freedom and generosity, and I will be preaching on how to be better managers of all God has given us. We will make available practical tips on how to do our own budget, save and pay off debt. There will be testimonies from those who are learning how to manage money as the Bible teaches. This will be inspirational, educational and a lot of fun.

On November 4th, we will have Commitment Day when we will hand in our Commitment Cards. We will also take a special offering. We are asking that you give an offering of double your monthly commitment to Kingdom Impact. If you are committing to $100 a month, on that day you will give $200.

On November 11th, we will have a Celebration Day when we will tell the total of what has been committed. That evening we will have a Night of Worship and share a Thanksgiving meal.

Matthew 6:33 says we are to seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, and He’ll give us what we need. When we seek God’s Kingdom, His Kingdom has an impact on our lives. When it impacts us, it impacts others.

I love you, Church.
